Grand Hotel Downtown Amsterdam

We had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-presented. The location was perfect, with easy access to a frequent tram that made getting around a breeze. We also loved the neighborhood, which had plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Its staff and location were very good, and for us everything was lovely. The rooms were neat with a comfortable bed. Thoroughly enjoyed this excellent stay at the Grand Downtown Hotel.

The staff is pleasant, the breakfast satisfactory, the ocation is amazing so close to the center as well as the museums and to the Vondelpark. It's modest with extremely comfy beds and exceptional views.

We stayed in one of the penthouse suites and it was absolutely fantastic! the room was very private and had a stunning view from the balcony. the bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get out of in the mornings. the staff was excellent and very friendly, they even surprised us with balloons for my partner's 30th birthday. They were also very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage until 9pm due to our late flight. a great hotel with amazing staff.

the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we found some silverfish running around on the floor.

everything here was fantastic, and the weather was lovely, enjoyed it.

Small place overall, it is fairly clean, location is perfect near tram stations.

The modern decor of the hotel and the tall windows made my stay at this hotel very pleasant. Despite experiencing a small mishap with my coffee mugs not being changed, the hotel staff were mostly very helpful and the quiet location with good tram connections made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend this hotel.

This venue is almost in the center, making it a breeze to travel to anywhere I want. It’s nicely located next to a tram line, which makes it easy to explore and get around. The rooms are large, comfortable and modern. I loved the natural lighting which came in through the large windows, giving a great view of the surroundings. The staff were excellent and friendly, always willing to help and provided discount prices for public transportation. Furthermore, the hotel also provides laundry services, welcome drinks, and tours/ticket assistance which made my stay wonderful.

Highly recommended to anyone who wishes to explore this beautiful city without worrying about their stay.

The hotel is located in a lovely area close to frequent trams and the centre of town. Our room was spacious, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the free bathrobes and the free wifi. The breakfast was delicious and there were even some options for those with dietary restrictions. We also appreciated the adorable cat living on the property.

The housekeeping service could be improved as we experienced a bit of a mix-up with towels and there was a bad smell in the room.
